This is a pre-entry event and registration will take place at The Old Sawmill on Saturday 9th January 2016 from 6:00 - 6:45.
Entries for the 2km are accepted on race day at the start at The Old Sawmill Shed, George.
Late Entries (IF Available)
Will be accepted at The Old Sawmill Shed from 17:00 until 19:00 on Friday the 8th of January 2016.

There will be 1 water point. Runners to be self sufficient.
Immediate disqualification if a runner tampers with the route markings.
Immediate disqualification if a runner is caught littering.
Immediate disqualification if a runner damages the trail or any vegetation.
Immediate disqualification if a runner deviates from the route.
Energy drinks shall be available at the finish.
Held under the rules of ASA and ASWD
No need to wear club clothing.
Only the event race number will be worn on the front of the vest.
Minimum age for entering is 15 years for 15km, 9 years for the 5km and all ages are welcome on the 2km.
Closing date for entries is 4thJanuary 2016 or as soon as 600 entries have been reached.
Starts at 6:45am sharp for compulsory race briefing. Arrivals after this will not be allowed.

The cut-off time for the race is 3 hours.
First aid is available at the start and the finish.
Ablutions facilities will be available on site.
Shirts for the first 100 entries in 15km race and 50 entries in 5km race. T-shirts sizes will be allocated as indicated on the entry form and cannot be exchanged for a different size.
ASWD Licensed athletes take note: If you forget your IPICO chip - you will have to pay R20 to loan one for the race. lost your chip - you will have to pay R50 for a replacement chip.
Will be at 10:15 at The Old Saw Mill Shed, George.
Athletes are responsible to collect their own prize money or make an alternative arrangement with the Event Organiser.
Lucky draw prizes will be forfeited if the athlete is not present.
An IPICO timing chip will be made available, on a loan basis, to all participants apart from ASWD licensed athletes who are to use their current personalized chips. The chip is to be worn on your shoe for the duration of the event. The loan chips are to be handed back at the end of the race in exchange for a medal. Participants will be held responsible for lost or damaged chips or those not handed back as required. It remains your responsibility to return the chip to the race organizer even in the event of not completing the race.
