You will be required to produce your valid CSA license or proof of provincial affiliation at registration or you will be required to purchase an event license.

A fast, and fantastic course - on a scale out of 10, we rate this as a 4 out of 10 as far as degree of difficulty is concerned.

Free massage compliments of Mangwanani Spa.
We will also host a kiddies ride on the day, and this will be in the region of 3km. This will be an assisted ride and not a race, and will be restricted to kiddies under the age of 12. Entry is free, and it includes a kiddies "goodie bag" and a medal. The Kiddies ride will start at 10am, so moms and kids can have a lie in.
There will be a special kiddies playground with entertainment and child minders, plus life guards for the pool.
In short, a fun day in the sun, spending quality time with friends, colleagues, family and other special people.
