General Information
. The first 200 pre-entries for the 32km will receive a T-shirt.
. Entries will also be taken on the day of the race from 4h30 at "Hoerskool Erasmus"
. Entry fees 32km R50, R25 for 10km and Grandmasters free.
. Temporary licences available at an additional cost of R20
. Refreshment stations every 3km; seconding/bicycles will not be permitted along the route
. Identification for proof of age may be required
. Athletes must be at least 19 years for 32km, and at least 15 for 10km or older on day of race; 2009 numbers or temporary licenses must be worn by athletes
. Prize giving starts at 10h45.
. Athletes only qualify for prize money according to age and category that they entered in
. Participants indemnity the National, Provincial and Regional Bodies and Organisers of the race against all and any actions of whatever nature that may arise due to their participation in the race
. Athletes that participate in age categories must wear identification on vests

Medals: Silver 1st 200 athletes. Balance of finishers bronze medals : 1600 medals - balance will be posted
