Chrysalis Academy Porter Estate (Old Porter School)rugby field, near the Tokai Manor House at the top of Tokai road. Follow signs from Blue Route Mall (M3) and Tokai road. No through road from the Stone Church direction

Registration for pre-entries is at the Engen Meadowridge filling station, Lady’s Mile Road, Meadowridge, on the 24th December 2009 between 10am - 4pm or on the morning of the race from 6-6:30am
Entries on the day from 6am

Route
The route is scenic and fairly challenging, mostly on gravel roads through the forest. Good views can be had from the highest point. Please follow signs posted along the route through the forest

General Information
Guest Towels to the first 1100 finishers
Cut off: There is no cut off time, but the lucky draw prize giving will start at 9:30am
Refreshments: Delicious bacon & egg rolls will be on sale
Prizes: There are no position prizes, Prizes will be lucky draw
Litter: The major part of the route is through the Tokai forest. PLEASE DO NOT LITTER, THROW USED WATER SACHETS & CUPS INTO THE BOXES PROVIDED OR CARRY TO THE END
A tog bag & car Key security facility will be available at the start area
Parking: Tokai Forest picnic area on Tokai road

Rules
Held under the Auspices of ASA & WPA
Licences: 2009/10 Licence numbers on the front and back. Registered runners are required to run in club colours. All unregistered runners will be required to purchase a temporary licence which will be on sale
Entry cards must be in the athletes possession during the race
Age limit: No entrants under the age of 16
