Sports Complex, Main Road, Pniel

1. The Race No. can  be collected from Monday 27th October 2014- 29th October and thereafter at the registration point from 04h45 – 06h40
2. Make a late entry at the registration area at the Sport Complex, Main Road, Pniel on race day from 05h00 to 06h40.
3. Register at your nearest Timbercity branch. You can also enter at Timbercity, by 24th October 2014.
4. Collect your race numbers at these Timbercity stores: Stellenbosch, Woodstock, Somerset West, Brackenfell, Montague Gardens.
5. Early entrants will receive an exclusive race T-shirt.

General Information
1. Enter by post, on or before closing date of 24th October 2014 to: TIMBERCITY Orchard Run, P.O. Box 2382, Dennesig, 7601. Enclose a cheque or proof of bank deposit. Dwarsrivier Valley Athletics Club does not accept responsibility for entries lost in the post.
2. Enter by fax to 021 887 2239 on or before 24th October 2014, attaching proof of bank deposit.

1. The races are run in accordance with the rules of ASA Boland Athletics.
2. Runners must run with a valid 2014 licence number on both the front and back of the vest.
3. Runners must obey traffic  officers and race marshals at all times.
4. No pacing or seconding is permitted. Refreshment stations stocked with water and Coca-Cola will be provided.
5. Distance markers will indicate kilometres completed.
6. Although tog bag security will be provided at the runner’s own risk, entrants are kindly requested not to leave valuables in their bags.
7. Entrants in the half-marathon must be 16 years or older.
8. Cut-o time for half-marathon: 10h15.
9. Prize-giving: 10h15.
10. All entrants must complete a race card and hand it in at the finish.

I declare that I am an amateur and that I will participate in this race at my own risk and indemnify the organizers and sponsors of this race against any claims that may result from my participation.
