The undulating 126 km route takes cyclists from Paarl to Wellington, Hermon and Riebeeck Kasteel before turning back to Voorpaardeberg, Suid-Agterpaarl and back to Paarl.
The 72 km route cuts out the Hermon loop and joins the long route at the Sonop/Klipheuwel turn-off to Voor-Paardeberg. The 42 km route goes around Paarl Mountain and has no serious climbs. It joins the other routes at the Windmeul Winery.
With no road closure and some road works on the R44, cyclists must stay left of the median and obey all traffic signs, officials and marshals at all times. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
