Lorraine from 17h00 to 20h00 on 5th December 2014 and from 04h00 on 6th December 2014.

Rules
Organised by Crusaders Athletic Club in accordance with the rules of ASA and EPA
1. Cheques payable to Crusaders Athletic Club.
2. Free entry for licensed athletes 65 years or older.
3. Pre-entries close on 3rd December 2014 at Brian Bands, Brocketts, Action Sports Summerstrand and Humewood.
4. Registration and late entries at the NG Kerk Lorraine, Marne Avenue, Lorraine from 17h00 to 20h00 on 5th December 2014 and from 04h00 on 6th December 2014.
5. Official 2014 Licence Number on back. Official Race Number on front. Non-registered runners will receive one Temporary Licence Number, to be worn on back of running vest or T-shirt, with Official Race Number in front. Temporary licenses are available at R25.00 each.
6. Age category identification tags to be worn on front and back of running vest to be eligible for prizes.
7. Race run in accordance with ASA and EPA rules.
8. Toilet facilities only available at finish.
9. Results will be available on www.raceresults.co.za.
10. Participation in wheel chairs or running with animals is not permitted.
11. Tog bag storage facility available at venue.
12. Runners or walkers with prams or baby joggers are not permitted on the marathon and are to start at the back of the 10km race and 5km Fun Run.
13. Disabled or blind runners who require to be accompanied, may only make use of guides who have officially entered the event.
14. Participants still on routes at cut-off times are to retire from the race.
15. Watering points every 3km. No seconding is allowed. The stand and hand rule within 100 metres of watering points rule will apply.
16. Foreign athletes are to comply with IAAF and ASA Rule 4.
17. Online entries on www.entrytime.com.
18. No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed on the church grounds.
19. Food and refreshments will be on sale.

21. Registered athletes are covered by a group personal accident insurance scheme. Details may be obtained from your club / province. Temporary licensed athletes have no cover and these participants are urged to join an affiliated club. Details obtainable from EPA Ph 041 374 2818.
22. Runners using a temporary licence shall produce proof of age on race day to qualify for prizes.
23. The wearing of earphones or headsets is prohibited and will lead to disqualification.

I declare that I will abide by the rules and regulations of ASA and EPA and will obey traffic officers and officials at all times. I am medically fit and participate at my own risk and will not hold the organisers, EPA or the sponsors liable for any claim, loss or injury incurred as a result of my participation in the event.
