General Information
1. The 10 Mile race starts promptly at 07:00 at the main administration building (Building 21), TUT Campus, Staatsartillerie Road, Pretoria West. The 6 Mile race starts 07:15
2. Time limit: 3 hours, this is enough time for a fit athlete to walk the distance.
3. The 10 mile race terrain is not suitable for baby strollers or wheelchairs.
4. The 6 mile race and 3 mile fun run does not include any off-road sections, baby strollers and wheelchairs are welcome.
5. Entries for all races are taken at the start as from 05:30 on the day of the race.
6. Pre-entries at Running Inn (c/o Duncan and Lynnwood Roads), Run-Away Sport ( Lynnwood Road) and PostNet Pretoria-West (Quagga Centre, c/o Church and Quagga Streets).
7. Ample secure parking available on the TUT campus.
8. Distance markers every mile (+-1.6 km).
9. Tog bag area available at own risk; please ensure that there are no valuables or cash in your bag.
10. Please be prepared to participate on some dirt road and two very challenging mountain tracks.
11. 3 Mile Race is timed

1. The race is run in accordance with AGN and ASA rules.
2. Registered athletes must be a member of an ASA Affiliated Club and wear their 2014 license number on the back of the vest with the race number on the front.
3. Unregistered athletes must purchase a temporary license to be worn on the back of the vest with the race number on the front.
4. No temporary license is required for participation in the 3 mile fun run.
5. Proof of age could be required for athletes competing for category prizes.
6. All athletes indemnify the national, provincial and regional bodies, sponsors, and organizers of the race against any claims of whatsoever nature, which may arise due to participation in the race.
7. Minimum age on the day of race is 16 for the 10mi race and 15 for the 6mi race.
8. Foreign Athletes compete in accordance with IAAF rule 4 (2)
